He began his professional career in 1990 at the Republican Clinical Ophthalmological Hospital, where he mastered the basics of ophthalmology and performed thousands of successful surgeries.

In 1998 he founded the Uzbek-American ophthalmological clinic ''CRYSTAL''.

For the first time in the Republic of Uzbekistan, he mastered and introduced the technology of small incisions in cataract surgery - ultrasonic phacoemulsification and mechanical phacofragmentation.

In 2002, for the first time in the post-Soviet space, he organized a system for the supply of donor cornea from US eye banks and thereby resumed corneal transplantation in Uzbekistan.

Repeatedly passed internships in leading clinics of the Russian Federation, the USA and Austria.

Delegate and speaker of many foreign congresses and conferences in the USA, Great Britain, Korea, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Russia.
